upgrade from W 8.1 to W 10
I needed to upgrade from W 8.1 to W 10. Bought the software and they gave me easy to follow instructions for installing it.

Great Price and Easy Installation
I purchased Visio Pro 2021 on 18 Jan 2023 and it loaded up quickly on my new HP Windows 11 PC without any issues. I did not have Office on my system prior to the download, which some recommended, then I loaded Office with no problems. Everything worked together with no problems. At start of the download a message appeared “Can harm CPU”, which I ignored. Then at the very end of the VISIO download nothing seems to be happening for about 5 minutes then a message appears “Office Loaded”. I noticed it generated an Office Folder for Visio. When you create your first Visio drawing they request your “Product Serial Key” for verification. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. I been using it with my existing Visio drawings for a couple weeks now with no problems.

My computer was saying I needed a newer…
My computer was saying I needed a newer version of windows. Not sure what I was doing, I reached out for help at Microsoft. Charles helped me choose a version that would meet my needs and helped me install. I also added the performance to clear out unneeded apps. Charles logged into my computer and cleaned it up in 15 minutes. My computer works so much better now. When I thought that was it, Charles checked back in with me a few days later to make sure I wasn’t having any issue. What a great customer service they have.

They just make it a really simple process. The product is as you would expect, but the service blows you away with such a calm efficient manner - no long waits. Drake was excellent.

Refuse to let me see installation instructions ahead of purchase
I was going to make a purchase of an operating system but I could not find instructions on how to perform an installation on a new, blank PC. I used their live chat feature to ask for them. They told me that instructions will be sent after the purchase. I wanted to see the instructions before making the purchase to make sure I would be able to follow them. For example, do I need MS media creator, or a USB drive, can it be used without and existing OS.
They told me they could not send me instructions ahead of placing an order because it's an automated process. So I have to risk my money to find out.
When I asked why he can't copy & paste the instructions from a previous email or wherever they are stored he replied "That's not going to happen."
So I'm going elsewhwere.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service with very competent technical team available at all times. I was updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and also needed to update my Office software. I was struggling due to my inability and my old laptop. The team of Charles, Drake and Jason could not have been more helpful and very patient with me.
